Bathroom remodeling in Valjevo
A bathroom remodel is where plumbing, drainage, waterproofing and finishing all meet - and where a mistake in the installation costs the most to fix later. AQUATIM handles the plumbing side of the remodel from stripping out the old to fitting the new sanitary ware, coordinated with the tiler.
The job begins by stripping out the existing sanitary ware and carefully chasing the walls to run new pipework. Often the true state of the old pipes only shows once a wall is open - so we go in with a plan but leave room to react to what we find. New water and drainage points go exactly where the shower, toilet, basin and washing machine will be.
Before tiling we apply waterproofing to the floor and wet zones - a step you can't see in the finished bathroom, but one that stops moisture reaching the neighbouring rooms. With walk-in showers we pay special attention to the fall toward the drain and the sealing of corners. Only onto a properly prepared base do the tiles go.
Finally we fit the sanitary ware, taps, shower and mirrors, connect the washing machine and water heater and test everything under load. The advantage of one contractor is that our team is responsible for the installation - no passing the blame if something leaks. Final joinery and painting are coordinated by arrangement.
